Application: Disposable Cups application
For this application Lakatos recommends the TA machine and also provides the stacking unit, transfer unit and packing machine. The most common disposable cups available are 50, 180, 200, 300, 400 and 500ml.

HIPS material:
180 or 200 ml cup in PS (61 cavities mold): 35 boxes of 2500 units per hour
300ml cup in PS (36 cavity mold): 27 boxes of 2000 units per hour
400ml 500 cup ml in PS (28 cavities mold): 42 boxes of 1000 units per hour
PET or PP material:
180 or 200 ml cup in PP or PET (45 cavity mold): 21 boxes of 2500 units per hour
300 ml cup in PP o or PET (36 cavity mold): 22 boxes of 2000 units per hour
400 or 500 ml cup in PP or PET (28 cavity mold): 35 boxes of 1000 units per hour
